Whoops!
Was trying to edit something and borked the themes up… so please bear with me whilst I fix it back the way it was!
** Update **
Actually partly it was my fault and partly my hosting company had some issues. They had a borked /tmp directory which was causing me issues as well. At least it seems coincidental that I didn't change a new theme I uploaded but the menus on the left didn't appear, but the moment the tmp dir was fixed the menus came back!
