Well I am trying intrepid out.  Having some problems – NVIDIA screwed up drivers apparently so that isn't great.  Apart from that it looks cool.  I'm even trying out KDE 4.1 and so far it's not too bad.  It's a lot slower but I think that is down to the drivers – menus take too long to open for example.
If I like it that much it might even be an HPR episode, but I have others I need to do first!
